PROJECT OVERVIEW
We were delighted to be awarded the refurbishment of a local community hub, a project aimed at revitalising an important space within the neighbourhood. The objective was to modernise the building while preserving its role as a welcoming environment for local residents and community groups.
Before commencing works, we engaged closely with the client and members of the local community through a series of meetings to gather feedback on how the space could better serve their needs. The project involved a comprehensive internal refurbishment, essential structural and cosmetic repairs, and external landscaping improvements. WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?
One of the primary challenges of the project was working within an existing structure that required significant repairs while also accommodating a redesigned internal layout.
